Tirek is summoned by an optimistic Celestia, in hopes of at least making amends to their currently bitter, enemy relationship. Will Tirek be open to Celestia's preaching?
Does he have a choice? Maybe he's needed for something important! Like writing better summaries!

Words have worked to reform other villains, but, as everypony knows, centaurs are stubborn and Tirek also has a wonderful way with words...but maybe certain actions will show and shine through his dark, never-changing mind.

It's interesting that you say that, because many people in the fandom see everything the way the characters do: Good and bad. In my opinion, actions are taken to make ponies safe, it isn't personal or because Tirek/Chrysalis/Sombre/Discord are nasty and they don't like them. This is why I'm using Celestia as I think she's the most believable to portray this and Tirek...well I like 'im! He unlike the others doesn't brag about being "bad". He just sees it as strong. They also seem like the most mundane pair ever!
