How the topic of everyone's relationship statuses got brought up, I blame Rarity. I really should have known she would have been the most annoyed at me keeping the fact I wasn't single hidden from her.

After seeing Spike get rejected by Rarity, Meadow Flower follows him in an effort to cheer him up. Her cutie mark is a sunflower after all and her special talent is making ponies feel happy and sunny. She only came to Ponyville to visit her fellow Wonderbolt trainees, she didn't think she'd end up falling for the dragon.

When Twilight is sent to Amethyst Harbor to prepare for the Summer Sun Celebration by Princess Celestia to meet up with her other student Sunset Shimmer, Twilight is less than happy that her warnings about Nightmare Moon are being ignored. When Nightmare Moon finally reveals herself, Twilight and Sunset find themselves being assisted by two stunt flyers of the Wonderbolts, an artist and a gardener pony.

Out of all her friends, Sunset is closest to Pinkie and spends a good majority of her time with the girl. Partially because Sunset loves Pinkie a bit more than a friend. And apparently she's not that good at hiding it considering everyone knows. Given encouragement by Rarity to confess, Sunset says pretty much what the hell and goes for it.

If only Limestone didn't make Pinkie visit a choosing stone or whatever the hell Maud called it after the two have been dating for four months.

Eclipses don't really happen in Equestria and Sunset has never even heard of the thing. She may have misheard when her mom talked about it, hearing "Apocalypse." When she tries to force her friends and family into Equestria, it goes about as well as one can expect.

Sunset lost everypony she cared about in a house fire, escaping from an orphanage to face the streets of Canterlot by herself after deciding she would rather be looking after herself.

Lavender tries to convince her cousin, Cloudkicker to join the Illusions while Fuchsia learns more about plants in an attempt to get Wallflower to open up more.

Lyra is one of the more prouder and outspoken Wondercolts, often unafraid to show where she stands. She shares similar sentiments with her classmates that the Shadowbolts are arrogant and jerks. Even Trixie agrees with that sentiment and shares a hatred for their rivals. She probably hates her former friends that attend CPA more though, internally hoping she doesn't see them during the Games.

Sunset just doesn't like people who remind her of who she used to be and Crystal Prep is full of people like that, from Suri to Neon Lights.

With her parents gone for the week, Twilight decides to invite her friends from Crystal Prep to her house in an attempt to get to know them better. It goes surprisingly better than she hoped until Lemon Zest brings out a card game she wanted to play with them all. What the heck is cards against humanity?

But with Dean Cadence becoming the Principal of CPA and encouragement from Sunset Shimmer and the other Rainbooms, Twilight goes back with the promise to keep in touch with Sunset Shimmer and her new friends.
