If you noticed, the story has seemingly come to halt. I've hit a wall with the latest chapter.

Don't have much to say in this blog aside from I'm just going to force it out the best I can. The issue I've run into is a big action scene. As in, I probably could have just written it later as opposed to this early in the story. It might not be a good scene, but at least I can continue the story after. Expect more soon.

There's some good news! My sister approached the apartment office today, and they worked out a payment plan with her. She already managed to pay off what she owed, and they gave her until the 15th to pay the upcoming month's rent.

The part of Texas that I live in is currently experiencing the 2nd worst wildfire disaster, and growing. Over 850,000 acres have been burned, and several towns/cities close to me have been evacuated. The fire's spread slowed down, just as it was about to hit a neighboring city, although an entire subdivision was forced to evacuate.

My dog swallowed a stress ball with an LED light in it. I was paranoid because of the battery, so I called the pet poison control line. They expected me to pay an $85 fee just for information, which I do not have because I paid my electric bill last night. I called the poison control hotline, and they sent me to the pet poison control hotline midsentence. The vet was also closed.
