Well, that's absolutely stunning!

It is technically and visually a good pice of work and reminds me of a stereotypical early-mid 20th ceuntry american magasine cover. (Says a guy who never seen one)

But honestly I liked the previous version more. It felt more... Well... Utilitarian? Wrong world? Mleh.
I guess most people don't even like utilitarianism becouse they find it soulless? Arrgh. It was simpler and had less colours and the soft/if sharp then un-uniform angles are killing me.

And I'm commenting here becouse I refuse to use that kremlin agents platform.

Ooh, brilliant work. Subtly multilayered in ways that mostly make sense after reading the story but still provide enough of a disconnect to hook the reader in the first place.

localsya did a really good job with that. It invokes the same style that the name does. That said, I still really liked the old one, and am glad it's still in there.

nope, sorry! its not really a cliffhanger in my eyes, since thats the whole “twist” of the setup; theres not really anywhere to go from there but down, so id prefer to end things on a high note instead ^^

I guess in my eyes, the story is one of those stories where the point is that someone arrives at a realization or understanding (which affects them immediately and strongly.) So I guess I agree that the story ends at a good spot.

Also, I really am very fond of the original cover art. I think it really captures and immediately says so much about the story without giving away any spoilers, which is a nice combination.
