Yep, this is the story that I'm currently working on. Had a break from planning it to knock together the cover art.
I'm no artist but I've recently purchased Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to use for my Photography and decided to give it a shot taking screenshots of the series for the covers. They're coming out better than I expected.
So, the final chapters of Marking the Generations have gone up today.
What are your thoughts?
Was it a good idea to split it into 4 parts or should it have been one monster story?
Did you enjoy this alternative take on the latter parts of Make your Mark?
Are there any parts I should have done differently?
All feedback welcome
So, part four is up to Seventeen chapters. At the moment, it's looking like there will be Twenty One in total.
That means we're getting closer and closer towards the end of the story.
However, the latest chapter, chapter Seventeen, I feel is one of the best I've produced so far. I'm eager to hear what people think of it.
In the final part of this four part series, Equestria is under attack! With Opaline stealing everypony's cutie marks, will her long awaited release from her castle prison comes to pass?
Can our heroes defeat her for good or will it take more than the combined efforts of six individual ponies to do so?
What of Peach Fizz? Will she finally be free of Opaline's control?
Having improved my proof reading throughout the writing of Part Two and into Part Three of Marking the Generations. I've now gone back to Part One and given it some more love.
The changes made are minor but I've picked up on more incorrectly spelt words. I've also adjusted the sentence structures in some cases. I plan to also give Part Two another look to make that stronger too.
So currently I am away from home with little time for writing. However, last week I did get the first draft of Marking the Generations Part Three completed!
I hope that early next week I will get the proof reading done on enough chapters so that the story can start to be released before the end of the week.
In the meantime, I've actually managed to knock together a better cover image then the previous two stories...
