As all of you have noticed, I have uploaded a new story in wake of other promises and such. Fear not, Goodbye Stranger is still in the process of writing. So is the next few parts of Infinity and its revisions.
Feel free to take a look at Dystopia. I guarantee that you'll like it.
Well, I've been thinking about something a friend of mine said to me yesterday. It was very deep and insightful. And the way he said it too really got to me, you know? Anyway, as he and I went to the Starbucks closest to our neighborhood, we kept shooting the breeze about random nonsense that really didn't seem to make sense. Then, he says it.
The most profound thing: "Hey, let me borrow $5. I forgot my wallet at home."
Yes, I know: that was a horrible joke.
After having Infinity reviewed on /fic/, I have decided that I will recall the second chapter, extend the first, and change how the first chapter goes. I can't announce what changes will be made exactly other than those two, but they're quite drastic and will allow the story to stand on its own, separate from Half-Life 2, but not enough so that it doesn't pay a decent tribute to it.
I have a new story in the works, and before you people say 'Ugh, not another one' hear me out:
The next part to Infinity is close at hand! Hopefully it will be finished by Monday and be uploaded by Tuesday, but until then hang tight. At the request of some unnamed benefactors, this part will most likely exceed 2000 words and bring the fic to a whole 3000+ words. That means that it will be ready for EQD, length-wise. However, before that happens, I'm having a few reviewers over at Ponychan's /fic/ board take a look at the story and help me bring it up to EQD's standards of quality. It
“Sweetie Belle.” I turned my head towards the little filly who stood quivering. “My name is Sweetie Belle.” Her eyes never left the officer, a small little tear escaping from her left eye.
“Before she left, my sister told me that it’s better to know more ponies and to have lost them than to have never met them at all...”

That's all the hints you're getting from me.
