Another great chapter. I'm getting divine swamp fever au vibes, especially with the early mention of the disease, but I don't think even Nightmare Moon would treat that sort of outbreak lightly. Maybe though? Could be some form of mind control as well, I suppose. Wouldn't be the first time.
