Maybe after it I will make some asides with event's outside of premier's and season finale's.

Twilight Sparkle seems to have her priorities straight, nice, having weird, active friends who take you on their own, self-conceived adventures can be okay and all, but sometimes you don't want to deal with all the complexities and just want something familiar and home-like.
I like the explanation you put in for Rainbow Dash's house and way of living before joining the WonderBolts.
It seems like Rarity has already had a couple encounters similar to the canon 'BluebloodxRarity' type, and has thus given up on the standard approach to the topic and path towards her end goal.
Applejack's seems like a fat dose of Reality™ straight to the noggin, and while some people may enjoy it, other's don't, and might even see this as directly against Applejack, I don't, I'm 'meh' on it.

The ending with Pinkie seems a bit "Wait, I have to do something strange with Pinkie! Quick, turn the creep factor up to 7!" but it sorta feels okay-ish since Pinkie is always different in how authors go into the deeper ends of her mindset, even more so when trying to do an 'off' version of her where everything is shifted or reflected a bit.

And Pinkie was kind of hard to do because of her goal and how to make it unexpected. Besides, I wanted for someone to just blow up everything at the end, so mildly terrorist Pinkie was born.

Any more chaos and Discord is going to fell unneeded when he breaks out, though that line of thought along with these stories are starting to remind me of another story that was set during the royal wedding.
So to sum up the nights events. . .
Applejack now owes way more apples the she and her family can produce naturally, probably even if they call in aid from the extended family members, i can see her getting attacked by a irate Granny Smith and her can latter on.
Rarity seems is marring Blueblood and probably will become a black widow latter on.
Fluttershy seems to of become a radical animals rights activist, at least they seem to be more morally bound then PETA. . . oh and she seems to be in a relationship with Tree Hugger.

Twilight seems to be missing her old luxuries more then she did in canon, and she is really popular with guests who all want to talk to her.
Rainbow is now apart of a secret underground gambling group.
and Celestia knows about almost none of this (other then Twilight and Pinkie) and really only wanted to alleviate boredom while waiting for the time she can have her sister blasted with a magic rainbow and turn her back into Luna

Random out-of-the-blue headcanon hope/calling/theory/suggestion:
Discord is just really chill & not really a 'maniacal chaos lord of destruction,' or a 'puppeteering mastermind with goals beyond our comprehension' and is more of a 'laid-back practical jokester' or a 'surfer dude type with a pun/prank streak a mile wide' (that also goes all in on the word-play combined with visual gags) who started the whole 'Reign of Chaos' thing that resulted in his stone imprisonment solely so Discord could make April Fools an actual recognized holiday all over Equstria.
Was all of that happened as the result from the butterfly effect from the Nightmare Moon's starvation?
I feel bad for Applejack though.

Rarity's is definitely my favorite of the bunch, second by Rainbow's. And it's hard to make Pinkie more unexpected.
Their stories will continue in the return of harmony.
Also, glad that someone mentioned at least part of Celestia's efforts for the sake of friendship, as much good as they did.

I doubt that Rarity will survive for long. Blueblood is after all a Prince who certanly knows a pony or two that would be able to dispose of her, so that no pony would ever suspect him.
