So, if Discord kidnaps his voice actor, is he still able to talk? It's kinda like Celestia and Luna bringing in Nicole Oliver and Tabitha St. Germain for tea or something... or Cadence having wine with Britt McKillip. Hell if I know.

Uhm... this is so small it barely serves as a prologue.
There's no introduction to the world or characters or... anything. No setting either. A reader unfamiliar with everything FiM would have no idea who these people/things are, what they look like, what they're doing, or why we should have a vested interest in them.
Any story needs introduction to the world and its characters, more than anything else. This is even more the case when we're in a strange fantasy world.
What you have here might be the bare bones of a basic teleplay, since the setting would be seen by the viewer. You need some exposition and descriptive narrative to set things up.

it sounds like an interesting idea, but i'm not going to read it when 3 chapters barely clears the minimum story word count. I can't see anything even happening in a 400 word chapter.
