T

In today's world, not many people are left. After the devastation of war, the planet is left in ruins. The oldest, a boy with no name, takes it upon himself to take care of the younger ones. While scavenging for food, he comes across a strange DVD with cartoon ponies on the cover. He decides to use the show to cheer his family up. But he soon finds that his mind latches onto these cute and colorful ponies, creating a backdrop for which the stresses of life are assuaged. But can he remain responsible enough to take care of his siblings when he is tempted by such happiness?

That was simply brilliant can't wait to hear more from your work.

Radiation

It isn't something that just floats around in the air. Radiation is supercharged particles that will basically fly through anything that isn't lead or several feet thick (At least)

Large pic.

Sorry bout that. I'm not educated in the fields of radiation, I was more or less going for the storm from the movie Wall-E. I just assumed it was from some form of radiation. Any idea what that storm was caused by? I could fix that if I knew what it really was.

This is, by far, one of the best and most moving stories I have ever read. Both in pony fanfiction and real life.

Kudos to you, good sir.:raritywink:

The storm in Wall-E

One Fcuking huge sand and/or dust storm.

I'm not educated in radiation either, so don't feel bad.

The storm from Wall-E was indeed just a mere dust storm, a massive one at that.

I like the story... very well done. :) Can't wait to read more.

37422 Those giant dust storms are called ha-boobs, not sure if i spelled it right. We just had one here in Arizona a while back.
Anyways, great story, and i cannot wait to see more, even with the issues that don't really matter, (Radiation levels mainly)

Pfft, that is by far the most awesome name for a storm ever.:rainbowlaugh:
Thanks for reading!

Wow rereading this really brings back memories:pinkiehappy:

I might end up rewriting it sometime, but not until after I finish Blank.
Maybe not, though, because I recycled some of the themes from this story to use in my new one. Might make it seem stale.

6821380 I would honestly love to see a rewrite of this it brings back a lot of good memories ultimately the choice is up to you honestly I will support you whichever way you choose to go all I know is that I love your writing you're awesome and keep it up:pinkiehappy::pinkiegasp:
