Stepped on the scale this morning, and discovered that I dropped my tenth pound!
I have to keep telling myself that as I fight a craving for peanut butter cups.

Let's take Rarity for example, an average sized pony. Could a human gentleman carry her up a staircase as a newly wedded bride? Or would said human need to be a buff tank to lift her?
Now... if the pony is Princess Celestia.... forget about it. Too much cake for most men. The human lifting her would need to be someone like Eddie Hall to lift that big mama horse.
How heavy do you like your pony?
Light, medium, a little heavy, very heavy, extremely heavy to the point they could hurt you if they sit on you for too long without protection magic, ludicrously heavy to the point they could kill you by merely sitting on you if they don't use weight protection magic.
Other form of heavy? (state in post.)
Do you think Princess Celestia has a weight scale?
Or did she did she used to have one, but had it destroyed, over it showing her to be too heavy?
How heavy is big sunhorse? That's something I need to know. Canon version, not my crazy fan fiction version.
She seems to have a fondness for cake, so that doesn't do her any favors for her weight.
So as you know, there's a lot of ponies I have yet to even mention in Captured. This is partly because I'm trying to tie in the plot as best as I can, while still having the fatty-goodness everyone wants to see. As such, I'm left with a lot of background ponies, secondary characters, and others that I haven't even mentioned.
When I started this intermittent fasting journey, I was at 303 lbs. That's not absolutely huge because of my height of 6'4, but still needed to get under control. I stopped posting updates about my progress a few weeks back because I came to my first plateau at 280 lbs, and that frustratingly persisted for three weeks.
Luckily, I pushed through it, and last week, weighed in at 277, and just this morning before a late (and lite) breakfast, I came in at 274.
What do you think would happen?
Would you let Princess Celestia sit at your dining table?
Or would you be scared she would break your chair from her sheer weight?
Damn girl is too big. Do you think Princess Celestia needs to lay off the cake to lose some weight?
She be breaking dining table chairs zoom enough.
Or.... do you think Princess Celestia is not big enough? Or just right?
Today is a really freaking good day.
After two 24-hour fasts and one 26-hour fast this week, I decided to do my weigh-in a day early.
I'm glad I did.
Six more pounds down, for a total of 23 over the past four weeks.
I'm down to 280.
Celebrated with some chili and added in some of Sauce #4 from the Hot Ones box.
ObabScribbler is a wonderful person who creates audio plays of My Little Pony fanfics, and they're always wonderful. The dedication she puts into them are phenomenal, and I'm very grateful that I've been privy to having my fics read and performed by her and her troupe before. This one is quite different, though.
Or do you think she destroyed her weight scale long ago?
Sorry if you don't want dieting blogs, but I motivate myself by telling others.
Today marks two weeks of no soda, and I'm starting intermittent fasting today.
Here's to a better me in 2023.
I suppose this is as good a time as any.
For any who actually care, back in April (I believe it was April at least...) I said I was leaving eventually for various reasons.
That time is now. This is my official statement. I denounce being a Brony.
I started training about six months ago at 245 pounds. Currently I'm at 212 pounds as of last night. My next goal is to get under 200 hopefully within a reasonable amount of time. I'm keeping strict on my diet and using green tea and full body exercises to burn more fat. Today's my cardio day and tomorrow is strength and endurance training. I hope all this training pays off if I have to save somebody from an extreme situation. That's why I'll keep training and getting better every time.
Going to Italy certainly didn't help, but I've been packing on the pounds for the last couple of months thanks to a combo of too much food and too little movement as I sit on my expanding ass in front of my computer. Now, with a big pot belly and love handles to show for it, I'm starting to believe what they say about life imitating art!
