Few people probably remember this trilogy and the athletic action girl who is enthusiastic about what she does has faded into obscurity in favor of the more vulnerable, whiny, tomb-hating Lara Croft. But in case you remember them and the God of War/Uncharted style obstacle courses and the Lara Croft I know and love...

18: Mediterranean Sea, Underworld

This is the only one I will offer a description of, along with the number one spot. It has the bottom of this list because of the underwater part at the beginning where you have to swim into an area that isn't that obvious to get the third wheel, and though swimming is improved from the first two games, it can still be annoying knowing what to do. The actual dungeon can be a bit tricky if it's your first time playing even if you've recently played the other two, and the setting is pretty dark even for a tomb. Then the boat section is annoying when you realize how much more difficult combat is, and the escape sequence. And to top it off, while Lara's outfits are usually attractive without being too "fanservice-y", they do kinda cross the line here, in a way that's just not her style. Why couldn't this be like her Tomb Raider 2 Wetsuit?

17: Peru, Legend

16: Croft Manor, Underworld

15: Coastal Thailand, Underworld

14: Natla's Mines, Anniversary

13: Southern Mexico, Underworld

12: Jan Mayen Island, Underworld

11: Nepal, Legend

10: Bolivia, Legend

9: Arctic Sea, Underworld

8: Peru, Anniversary

7: Kazakhstan, Legend

6: Japan, Legend

5: Ghana, Legend

4: Greece, Anniversary

3: England, Legend

2: Egypt, Anniversary

1: Andaman Sea, Underworld

Might not be a traditional Tomb Raider level and is just a replay of the boat part of Mediterranean Sea, but it's so much fun walking through the rain and striking enemies with lightning using Thor's Hammer.

On that note, games:

  1. Legend
  2. Anniversary
  3. Underworld
