Takes place several years into the future. Established Spike/Rarity. Could be considered a oneshot follow-up to either “Of Age” or “How to Woo Your Lady in 9 Easy Steps”, but requires no background knowledge of my previous fics.

This story is a sequel to Sweet Moments

NOTE: It's not technically a sequel, but it's related. And Spike is in it, and he mentions Babs.

Spike has always had a crush on Rarity. She's the kindest, most beaufiful mare in all of Equestria in his eyes. He wants to tell her how he feels, but he can't do it in the flesh.

So he sends a letter.

Sidenote: I appreciate the criticism I received prior to writing this from the people who said that it "couldn't be done", and that "Rarity and Spike being together just won't work out". If it weren't for you guys, I would never had been inspired to prove you wrong by creating this. Thanks! :D

Anyway, this is a cute romance fiction about my favorite - and really, the only normal - couple in Ponyville. Enjoy!

After Rarity says something that breaks his heart, Spike snaps and storms out of her boutique. Leaving Rarity confused by the last words he said before he left. Discord appears and decides takes her on a little trip through time to show her how Spike really feels about her.

This story takes place during the events of Simple Ways and after the events of Twilight's Kingdom.

What would life be like if a certain fashion-savvy filly had fallen in love at first sight with an older incarnation of everypony's favorite dragon? Well, it certainly would be exciting! Everything you thought you knew about unrequited love is turned on its head in this sweet little story about first love's follies.

While normally far from the type to play video games, especially violent ones, Rarity finds herself convinced to join the girls in playing Black Sunset, one of the most popular games in the country. It's not long, however, until the game has her thinking about what's going on with her life. Namely, Spike. While the years had both washed over them, blossoming her into a mature, college educated woman and Spike into a fine lad himself on his junior year in high-school, his obvious interest in her has yet to fade. Rather, it's grown stronger.

A part of her yearns for the simpler times, back when he was a child with a childish crush.

But another faint, diminutive part of her is curious. Wanting. Wanting to sit back and listen to him. Listen to him express himself to her.

In his own way.
