A picture I found inspired this romantic scene between Spike and Rarity. I got permission from the artist Mauroz to use the picture in my story. The second I saw it I knew I had to write a scene. Yes, I did crop it a bit (to be on the safe side). You can find the full image here.

Twilight and her friends are sent to the Crystal Empire to investigate reports of attacks on Princess Cadence's archaeological teams. The trail leads to Blackhoof Valley, the homeland of King Sombra. Hunter may be off the clock, but that won't stop him from protecting Sunset, his friends and his new home from the enemy.

Seaweed, (Yeah, he was named after that) a human who never had a chance to know himself aside from the fact that he was taken care by pirates for the purpose to serve them, and he did his job with loyalty until he came to know what kind of person his captain was. Soon after came the day, when he tried to rebel against the crew.

Unfortunately, that day also proved to be the last day of his life, or at least that's what his cruel captain intended.
