Bronycon 2019 post-con depression

Post-con depression is real. I watched the closing ceremony on stream in my hotel room, and watched it until the very last second, after the staff credits, when they finally shut down the stream.

Then, I cried for half an hour, because I was all alone. No more fandom.

Then I went to the hotel lobby, and there were like 200 people trying to catch an elevator up, and I didn't feel so lonely any more. I also attended the Neighhem concert Sunday evening, which further dampened the feeling of finality. Then I stayed up until 1AM playing ponified cards against humanity in the hotel lobby.

I think I got over my post-con depression pretty quickly.
