For The Soldiers

To the brave men and women
Who lay 'neath earth and sod.
Who left their family and kin
And have gone home to God.

Today is Memorial Day. Today, we all should go out of our way to shake a veteran's hand. But even more important than that, we should remember those soldiers who aren't around anymore. They sacrificed themselves so that we may enjoy the freedoms that we do. Remembering them is what today is all about.
God bless our soldiers, both the active duty and veterans, and may the fallen rest peacefully in Paradise. 🇺🇸
