Just watched a YouTube video about hoof care for draft horses and had an idea wander though my head. My story challenge is this:
The CHS seniors go on a field trip to a local ranch that has a number of horses to ride, rental is by the hour. On the other hand, Celestia and Luna have arranged for a free hour for all students. So, the story must have:
1. Sunset's reaction to riding a horse. - Can be what you wish, from appalled to joking("You know, usually, it'd be the stallion riding me.") If she's reluctant, some of the girls just won't understand until Fluttershy explains it. She gets it.
2. Part of the tour will be seeing the farrier take care of 1 or 2 horses hooves. Sunset should freak out, either quietly, or quite loudly, especially when they trim the frog. It they install shoes - I'll leave it to the author's imagination.
3. Sunset's new empathic powers sort of work on the horses, but more feeling than seeing what they're thinking, though, if the author wishes, it can be up to full-on she can talk to them.
