Four Years... · 3:03am Nov 19th, 2016
Hard to believe that I've been a member of this site for four years. Even though I haven't written anything in about three of them, I still come back and see what's happening with my posted stories (next to nothing), the people I follow (who still write) and those whom I can consider friends, as much as the internet can allow for that.
I feel terrible for not writing new material and/or updating anything, but that's a personal demon that I have to live with, and some of you know the reasons why it's that way. I get bouts where I want to write, but then that motivation is shot dead by the insecurities that I should have enough strength to overcome. Maybe I need an intervention. Maybe I need to find Jesus. Maybe I just need to suck up my bitterness and indifference towards a certain writer whom I'd like to see run over by a bus repeatedly.
Anyhow, happy anniversary to me, and maybe I'll eventually write something new or continue Wilted Flower. Or not.
Just know that I thank you all for sticking by me through my time here, believing in me and hoping that I'll continue writing someday.
