I'm at University. Yay. · 1:24pm Oct 5th, 2016
Now that I've been spat out, a chewed-up relic of my former self, by the 12-year brainwashing process that is the British educational system, it's time for me to move my counter to the next square on the board of the Game of Life? And where does the dice-throw take me? Not Cambridge, but never mind. I'm at a different, but still quite good, university.
For all my griping, I've done well for myself. I've got my own little room with a large-ish bed and a private shower and loo, and I only have to share my kitchen with two others. Sorted. I also have decent wi-fi (at long last), so I can log on to FIMFiction every single day. If I want to. I haven't as much free time as I'd like (18 hours of lectures, problem classes and tutorials every week), but I can at last get on with writing. This is, of course, a relief to no one but me, but all the same, I'm in a much better mood. And in case anyone's interested, I'm doing maths.
