Ummm... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?!?

Wow.

Inside, I am so amused. Between this, Alicorn Princess Big Mac, and Princess Spike, we're getting some interesting things, aren't we? I bet the message will be something like "gender doesn't matter, but who knows?

I hope that's the takeaway message. I really do!

Why, it's a lovely blonde Southern belle wearing (squints at 0:06) pink panties. What did you think it was, Big Mac living out a fantasy?

I thought I was prepared for whatever that video had to show...
Well see 2:25 for my reaction.

Just for the record, I'm not transphobic or against crossdressing, but immediately I know that this is going to be a trainwreck both in the episode and fandom reaction. Oh and Tumblr is going to eat this up and use it as an example of bronies making fun of real people who are trans and are crossdressers.

3435027 No, it's going to be a token comic relief moment.

I think you're half right. It'll be played for comedy, but I think he'll try to keep the act up for most of the episode, maybe being "revealed" towards to end. Who knows?

I didn't see the second part of your comment until now. Yeah, I'm with you. The Steven Universe fandom got irritating when two male characters were briefly shown dressed as Rose, and I have a feeling this episode will start some shit on Tumblr---either more rants about bronies (I haven't fucked a horse yet. That's what an adult who watches the show must do, right? Oh, wait, I don't have a penis... that means when I watch it, it's empowerful, or something) or something about how little kids will react to it.

Either way, Mac is rockin' the dress, and I can't wait to watch it.

3437983 Yeah it's really stupid on Tumblr. The only reason why I still go on there is for the porn and Pony blogs.
Also I can't tell if you're saying watching a stallion in action is empowering or the show is, but what I do know is that show is honest to goodness very great and covers a wide array of important topics than the average brony realizes.
The good shit right here.

I will agree though that Big Mac looks pretty good in the dress, even if it's a little hilarious. I mean we know it's also for comedic effects.

Btw two gifts from me to you: videos you might enjoy watching. One involving Shia, and the other involving japanese music and butts.

No, I'm making a joke about how people react to it.

Them: Yr a brony?!
Me: Uh... sorta?
Them: Well, you must be a woman-hating creepy neckbeard dude then! Only creepy dudes would watch a show for little girls! Oh, and you draw and write porn of them, you awful dude?! Proof that you're a fucking misogyinst rapist dude!
Me: I... uh.... while having a penis isn't required of dudehood, I... don't have a penis. And I don't identify as a dude.
Them: Oh! Then, because you have a vagina, it means you are enjoying the show for its real purposes and are an empowerful womyn!

Okay, that was pretty harsh. But I've encountered it more than once... See, I was once on a date with a girl who made a snide joke about MLP, and I jokingly said "Hey, I'm a brony!" She looked at me with disgust and said, and I quote, "So, you wear a fedora and rape women?"
SHE WAS SERIOUS. ....It didn't work out.

Also, enjoy the tumblr like!

I agree with you, except for this:

*Accuse bronies of misogyny somehow missing the fact that the show they're obsessed over has six unique female leads and has an approximately 90% female cast, and that badmouthing Lauren is practically having a death wish.*

There is a lot of misogyny in the brony fandom, unfortunately. (Unique? No, because there's lots of misogyny everywhere). Youtube is choked with videos whose basic premise is "I like thinking about mai waifu who is my sexual slave but in a totally willing way because that's realistic, but I am mad because this is a THING that is not most male? Why not most male? Every TV show and movie I like is most male so why not this? I am male so why not me in show? Must me in show! Conclusion: feminists are evil testicle-robbers because show has female characters!"

3438755 Well there are 6 million+ people in the brony fandom. That part you pointed out is definitely false. But at the same time these are bronies who just fantasize about things. Sometimes fantasize =/= actually want to do real thing. Sometimes.

3438758 But that is the point of the all media. To fantasize.
