Banner Style Update

Banner style updated to what I think is a nice state. Front page was easy, but everything else was a pain because that new 'author bar' is really weird. I'm trying out an 'auto-hide' function for it, since I think it's pretty obtrusive otherwise.

...could use a 'dark theme'. Eh. knighty pls.

In other news, the writing bug got bad enough that I'm actually picking away at stuff again, despite having way too much other stuff I need to be doing. lel.
