I take back everything I said, Because if you look at the MLP wiki, the descriptions hints at the fact that the episode is AN ALTERNATE UNIVERSE EPISODE, and therefore will not result in a perminant Alicorn Twilight. It cites "Alternate Destinies", and Alicorn Twilight, if it is in the episode, will be one of those alternate destinies (her own)

Therefore, although Alicorn Twilight might happen in the episode, it's not perminant

So, in a sense, it is happening, but I WAS RIGHT ABOUT IT NOT BEING PERMANENT!

Other sources say it's permanent though, so I'm not going to take anything as fact until I actually see the episode.
