If you were looking at the shirts I sell...

... they're about to go away. My shirt printer is retiring, and I have no replacement.

After May 5 I'm going to take down the online order links on my little business's online store, and after this summer I'll clear out of whatever shirts I have left.

So if you'd noticed any of these before, now's effectively the last chance.

Not back to KSP yet, but I did do some space stuff.

I haven't touched KSP since my early experience with KSP2 was a combination of glitchy game and impossible-to-read UI. I've been thinking about it here and there, but I've had other things to do.

But that doesn't mean I'm not doing space stuff, and yesterday I finally edited and posted a video of such.

    My muse is nagging me.

I've done very little writing the past five months, partly due to being busy, but mostly due to recurring headaches when it's writing time.

I have a couple weeks off, and I'm going to try to make time to get back on my projects (the Octavia story and novelizing Peter is the Wolf). But my mind... well... it's trying to jump ahead, or possibly back.

    Life imitates art...

So, a privately built and operated space probe became the first US lander to soft-land on the Moon last week- Odysseus.

CSP PDF Now Ready For Download · 8:03pm Jan 28th, 2023

I've just sent out an email with the link, username and password for downloading the PDF for Changeling Space Program.

WARNING: the pages are not all the same size- I just assembled the same files I used to send the book to the printers, except that I replaced the grayscaled images with full color. I also put the full-size (well, 300 DPI) wraparound cover at the back. That means this PDF is NOT optimized for handheld devices. That would take a lot of long, tedious cropping of each individual text page- about 750 all told- saving each page as a separate image file, then reassembling the thing, and I'd prefer to use the time for other things (like inventory, home repairs, writing, video editing, etc.).

Anyway, please check your spam filter- I may end up re-sending this email a lot depending on circumstances, since the first sending had about 200 BCC's in the header, which will red-flag a lot of spam filters. If you haven't received the link by Sunday evening, let me know and I'll re-send the information.

Also, I'll be updating shipment statuses on KS shortly- there are currently five labels on my work table not yet shipped, but about forty or so packages went out this week. I'm gradually working my way through the list.

Those of you I contacted about UPS shipment who responded did get your books sent via UPS. After that experience, though, I'll be sticking with the US Postal Service for the remaining shipments (as the UPS Ground shipments cost me about $2 each more than parcel post and $11 more than Priority Mail). Also, I won't be using DHL- their rates are between three and four times the cost of USPS Global Priority Mail boxes.

Thanks again for the support and the patience!

Nice! Got that, and also, just today got this: images2.imgbox.com/b3/4a/WQTQVOSz_o.png

Will be downloading once I’m home from Boston, but I did take a peek and the picture on page 579 (Chrysalis reading to Cherry Berry) is fantastic. Also was not expecting to get hit in the feels with Occupant clutching his intact E-Z Scry ball, but like the chapter itself, it did (in a good way).

Looking forward to getting my physical copy and T-shirt!

I've just received the book, today.

Do I relive the enjoyment of reading it right now? So tempting...

Got mine today. Thank you!

Greetings! On a practical note, while I love collecting and diving into these PDF treasures, I've always struggled with keeping them organized. There was a time when my device was so cluttered with files, I'd spend more time searching for documents than actually enjoying them. That's until I discovered a surprisingly simple yet effective solution http://www.techguide.com.au/news/internet-news/adding-pdf-to-apple-wallet-a-travelers-guide-for-safe-pdf-document-storage/ – adding PDFs to Apple Wallet. It's been transforming for keeping those important PDFs (like your CSP creation) handy and secure, without cluttering up phone or tablet. Plus, it gives me peace of mind knowing my favorite pieces aren't lost in the digital void of my device.
