At my last estimate I've read an average of at least 1 million words of FIM fics per month over the last year, spread over roughly 650 stories (some from other sites) This is approximately equivalent to reading an average-length Harry Potter book every 5 days for the year.

I'm a little saddened that fimfiction removed the words read count, because I was using that to track my progress. my spiral into hopeless addiction can only be measured statistically now.

Fallout Equestria took the longest, at about three weeks. My most recent long fic read was Flight of the Alicorn in about five days. I was skeptical of the premise, but Ponydora_Prancypants made the whole thing work (with some good twists).

my only worry is that I'll wear out my Kindle reading these.

I just used the same username I've used for a bunch of places. I recognized your username from 'Vampire Cheerilee' and 'Cyborg Braeburn'.

Also, I just discovered the 'estimated words read' part of my userpage. I mark things as read when I download them, so adjusting for unread things on my kindle and fics I decided not to finish I've probably read more like 5 million words of fimfics, not 5.5

Possibly the nerdiest username on FIMFiction.
