Exactly, and similar incidents could happen for exemple at sugarcube corner in Pinkie's room when Rarity stats to get desperate enought to ask Pinkie to guard spike before Fluttershy, Sweetie, Starlight and/or others who already got their story/chapter sneak for another taste of dragon and then, Pinkie gets sleep-fucked by Spike

Then again we may need either some prequel with Sweetie and/or fluttershy or a sequel of them sneaking for another round with Spike, accidentally ruining, whatever Rarity had ready for her long awaited turn.

Hmm, the logic could be that Rarity locked the sleeping Spike in the boutique and ordered Coco and Sassy to guard him while she gets supplies for the best date ever... Only to come back and find him sleep fucking them.

Love the story and given that Fluttershy and Sweetie got themselves before Starlight, I think I can Propose Coco Pommel getting stuck in this situation at Carrousel Boutique next and keeping the running gag of Rarity arriving late again (until she's the last one of her friends), given that everything points that Rarity was about to fulfit her fantasy of doing it in the class room, as she had even locked the door so nopony else could get in (and yet Starlight pretty much picked the door).

Then could be Pinkie, Twilight, Scootaloo, Applebloom, Princess Luna, Gabby, Sunset Shimmer, Princess Celestia, Moondancer, Fleur, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Mrs. Harashwhinny and so on until finally is Rarity with Spike waking up thinking is still a dream and wishing that if it's a dream to not wake up until Rarity assures him that its real, this time!
