Yeah, one-shots are okay, though I personally prefer longer stories (just look at my blogs; most of those stories are over 20 chapters long), though super-long stories (Fallout: Equestria, for example) I approach with....caution.

No, I will not review incomplete stories. The reason for this is that I am a completionist and not finishing a story leaves a bad taste in my mouth and muddles the ratings. I don't like leaving a story unread to the end.
