It's interesting that Knighty plans to create this multiple favorites system as I often felt the same frustration. I very much would like to be able to 'follow' a story separately from 'favoriting' it. Both are expressions of appreciation, but as you point out they are quite different in nature.

Hehe, well, I tend to fave authors more than specific texts, so it's kind of difficult for me to not go about favoriting everything an author I like wrote once I finished reading it (and many times during).

Knighty mentioned a time ago he plans to expand the system of favorites into multiple lists. When that happens I'll probably distribute the texts into two lists, "Favorites" proper, which for me is basically everything I liked enough to want to read more than once, and "Liked a lot", which are those I don't plan to reread but I want to show how appreciative I am of them (and to follow any updates by e-mail, evidently).

From your works, the longer ones (Relic, Renaissance Pony, The Good of the Many -- I'm in the middle of this one -- etc.) I'll certainly place in the first list, and the shorter ones in the second, as they've all been a joy to read and all deserve more than a simple thumbs up. :pinkiehappy:
