What can I say, you're a great writer! I'm a big fan of shipping Spike with any of the Mane 6 (Twilight and Rarity in particular), but there's a huge difference between shipping and good shipping. Examples of the latter are rare and precious, and you deliver.

Thank you for writing it, it's one of the best antidotes to "Cupcakes" I've read! In fact, with stories like The Light in the Darkness out there, I almost feel as though the influence of "Cupcakes" was a net positive because of all the heartwarming fics people wrote to counter it.
