Who I Am

One of eleven brothers and five sisters, I was born the middle child on a farm in a little town in Thuringia, East Germany, in the year 1985. I grew up with my fair share of difficulties, and, after the reunification, went on to serve in the Deutsche Federal Bund's armed forces. I've served in the Balkans, Afghanistan, and Iraq; unfortunately as a result of seeing active combat, I suffer from a mild neurosis and PTSD. After completing my mandatory service, I married my childhood friend Rebbecca and moved to America, where I hold a job in animation and design.

As of now, I have enough nieces to know about this cartoon, and while I am not an avid watcher, or fan, I really don't have a problem with it either, and I enjoy some of these stories.

I've finally begun work on 'Born of Rage: Age of Monsters'
I've spent the past year and a half working on a loose outline for the story, with many long months simply spent trying to keep everything locked into a seamless narrative. It's been difficult; life has not been dull this past year, and I've found little free time for myself in which to write. However, things have changed, and I can now devote a small portion to time into actually getting this idea off the ground.

Contained herein are a collection of stories built around the eponymous title, "Born of Rage" - a dark retelling of the original film, "Godzilla", set within the framework of the children's television show, "My Little Pony" and utilizing a vast world of original elements created by the author. At its heart, the collection is a cautionary tale of the struggle for balance and the dangers of extremes... Okay so a big part of it also includes the author's desire to write a story where ponies get destroyed by a giant radioactive reptile, but hey, that doesn't advertise as well now, does it?

Ja, sie sind wilkommen.
I happen to enjoy very much the self-expostulate treatise of faith as it pertains to the relevancy of the soul.
In layman's terms, I enjoy reading of the internal struggle of faith, and the struggle of choosing to do good and choosing to do evil for the sake of what one perceives as doing good.
I only wish there were more stories of that genera around here.
