1668803 I don't know much about the story. I couldn't stand the first portion of FFXIII so I gave it back to the store. I'm all for a story, but if I'm ggiven zero explanation and zero gameplay, then it's not a game for me.

1668802 Only thing i can gather from the Beginner's Primer in FFXIII-2 is that the fal'Cie want to destroy Cocoon for some reason, maybe they are tired of the humans or something I do not know, so Lightning and co. go to stop it from being destroyed.

I also figured out what Lightning and Serah each symbolize, at least what i think they symbolize, to the players

1668801 I gave it a chance when I saw it in a 'Used x' store. I thought 'Oh, it certainly isn't as bad as everyone says it is, like usual."

Then I put it in my 360 and WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO was I wrong. The graphics are beautiful, and mty favorite character is Afroman and his mii chocobo (that lives in his 'fro), but that's it. There is no gameplay. The split second I met a passage of a long cutscene to take control of a kid just to walk for five seconds and go back to another fifteen minute cutscene is when I'll snap, and it did just that. Plus, I don't even know what the hell was going on. We're just thrust in without any explanation in the slightest.
