That was an interesting attempt at sounding deep and wise, but I'm not convinced. Still I appreciate the words and all, but I'm no writer. I read a lot, know a lot of writers, and understand much of the ways things are done in the craft. I'm not very imaginative, comes from being in the military and being procedurally driven.

Still, I've seen too many instances where too many cooks can spoil the broth. Or sometimes the sideshow act tries to steal the show from the headliner. Pretty much ruined the Lunaverse. I don't see what's going on behind the doors, I can't read your minds. Perhaps you all play nice. Maybe you, or that Jenna Cipher person will start to chafe under FOME and think you can do this 'universe' and the concept better. Maybe too much ideas get non-canon'd and that just builds resentment because there's a story someone wants to tell and be 'official', but that's not the way a majority want things to go. Egos will get in the way, and things will go sour in some fashion. And it will ruin something good, and I hate to see that happen. That's why I will never trust the collaborators that tack onto an original work. You all start off wanting to participate and add onto something grand, but eventually someone thinks they can do it better.

I'm powerless to do anything, and an uniformed outsider to boot. So, I don't even see the big picture. I enjoy the Oversaturated world as written by FOME. I do not enjoy your contributions or Jenna Cipher's. FOME seems to like it and accept it, so there's not much to be done about it.

You're on a fanfiction site. You may choose to merely read. Or you may choose to write. Observe, or expand. Consume, or create.

The choices aren't even mutually exclusive.
