Shelf C is my equivalent of 4 stars, it's not necessarily a measure of story quality, just of my subjective enjoyment.

I appreciate the favorite, but putting a story in an "it could be better" shelf without telling the author how it could be better is rather frustrating. I can't improve without feedback.
