2233604 How could I not? It has probably taken the cake for the best oneshots I've ever read. I mean, a few things could've been fleshed out a bit, but it worked. Fear of death is always ever present in most humans, so seeing something like this, where a mortal facing death must comfort an immortal, and vice versa... It's was very close to the heart, a commendable feat. I must say though, it really makes you wonder. What is worse, a natural life, with an assured end and no assurance of a soul's continuation except for faith. Or immortality, with assured loss of all you have and will come to hold dear, through entropy and death. Something to chew on, that's for sure. Especially for someone like me. Anyway, I really appreciate you writing such a fantastic fiction.
