I had actually just forgotten to favorite it before, read up until chapter 8, liked it, was a bit confused when I saw that it had updated but I hadn't been notified.

Yeah, I'll have a go at some more chapters today, I've just been busy, I'll try to work my way through all your chapters. I'll try to go easier on the technical stuff since it's all just thematic really.

Hey man, I wanted to thank you agin for all the constructive criticism to help improve my story. I fixed a lot of thing you found weird. Mind doing similar things for the later chapters?

BTW I wanted to clear up on the whole hard sci-fi thing. Hard Sci-Fi, at least from what I've been told, is the concept of explaining the various technologies that exist in the story even if doen't work in real life. Isaac Asimov wrote a bunch on concepts which can not work out even though he gave detail to them. There can still be action and tomfoolery in hard sci-fi as long as future technologies are referenced.
