Since I probably won't be able to write much for the next little while, I tried to pump out Chapter 15 today. I may or may not definitely be, in part, a political statement. Either take that and accept it, or disregard it and just read the story. Haha.

Not sure how often I'll get story updates posted these next couple weeks. With the end of the semester, I'm having to focus on getting papers finished and whatnot, and being a pizza delivery driver, exam week is going to leave me with very little spare time and too exhausted to do much of anything with what spare time I do have. I'll try to get another chapter written when I can, but they won't be frequent for a while. =/ Sorry yall.

Let's hope that the unlucky number doesn't curse it to be a shitty chapter.

I took over a WEEK to get Chapter 12 up. GAH. I'm sorry. But at least the second longest, right? That counts for something, right? I'll gladly accept any feedback on how to improve the last half of it; it felt a bit...forced....so I'm not sure how good it is. =/

I've finished editing the story just a bit. I've rewritten a lot of Chapter 1, Chapter 2, and added some to Chapter 10. I also had to rewrite the entire bit about alchemy in Chapter 8, and I made a very minor tweak to Chapter 10 (nothing worth re-reading unless you just really want to). The important changes are to the first two chapters, though I added an attempt at making the short fight in Chapter 10 a bit more epic. I know I said after Chapter 9 that I wouldn't take an entire week to write another chapter again despite the fact that it, once again, ended up taking an entire week to write Chapter 10, but hopefully getting Chapter 11 written and posted just two days after that made up for it a little bit. Sorry it took so long, everypony. I've been super busy with work and a research paper for school that I'm trying to get done over Spring Break, so I haven't had a lot of time or energy to write creatively. I'll try not to take so long for Chapter 10. Please don't hate me.

I finally finished proofreading and editing the seven chapters I've written so far (no easy feat when my roommate and our friend broke out the Passover wine), but I managed to moderate myself to one glass this time (wish I'd done that last night), so I got it finished. Hopefully now I can get back to writing new stuff. Maybe I'll proofread from now on. Maybe. Haha.
