The Nameless Editor and I are currently finishing up editing on the back half of the story and I'll post chapter updates periodically. I'm going to try to keep the 'heat' rating on this story as high as possible, and maybe get some views before it inevitably falls into total obscurity.

You read that right. I've just completed the first draft of a new story and have sent it over to my editor.

Expect something within a week or two. I want to make sure the chapters are in order and there are no plot holes lying around before I start publishing.

No it's not a comedy. It's a psychological thriller.

Yes, the exciting conclusion to Even Stranger has been released. It's been a wild ride.
Big thanks to my editors who remain anonymous (because I have not asked them if they want to be not-anonymous yet).
There are other stories in the pipeline at the moment, but I will be taking some time to get them up to snuff. I usually start posting the chapters when the story is half-complete and typically before major editing, but that will change the next time around.

I was hiding under the couch the whole time.
So, after no less than four rewrites and my editor writing finals (in September, don't ask), we have the latest chapter up for your perusal. Whether or not we're back to a regular schedule is anyone's guess.

The final chapter, epic finale, and epilogue have been written! All I need now is enough time with my editor, and you'll get to see what happens.
If you haven't already guessed it, something bad happens, somebody saves the day (in what I call a Climax, named after a small town in Saskatchewan), and then everything goes into a sort of slide, or denouement if you will.

Good and bad news in today's blog post.

The Bad news is that Even Stranger was rejected by the EQD pre-readers. How unfortunate, but at least I make the right enemies, right?

The Good news is that I'm leaving for a week starting tomorrow, so no chapters for a while. How is that good news? I was speaking relatively.

The always excellent ChicMonster has been kind enough to grace us with cover art for this story. With that, I can finally submit it to EQD (and watch it get summarily rejected for pedantic reasons). Joy is me.

For the love of Celestia's prismatic beard, go look at Chic's DA page. She's going to eat me alive if she doesn't get a marked traffic increase, and I only have like three followers.

My editor and I have been unbelievably busy as of late, and it probably won't get any better. I now have seven (!) chapters awaiting editing, so bear with me. It's worth it, I promise.
