Garble's behavior towards Spike and his pony friends - despite being mimicked by his cronies - was unacceptable by the standards of the Elder dragons, and he was taken sorely to task for it. When the Elders decided an apology had to be delivered, Garble's twin sister, Garbledina, volunteered to deliver the apology. She claimed it was a sense of responsibility for her twin's behavior, but in truth she was curious about the 'runt' who so thoroughly got under his skin.

When she actually meets him, however, that curiosity quickly grows to something more. This comes as a shock to Spike and his friends...especially to a certain unicorn mare.

I've never dressed up for Nightmare Night before, beyond posing in costume at Father's stall. This is going to be my first Nightmare Night I get to go out and have fun with others my age. I hope it goes well.

Her baby sister, Luna, is not happy about this, as it feels that nopony has time for her. To appease her, Celestia sets out to find fillies Luna's age for her to play with, and to teach her the Magic of Friendship. She then discovers how hard it is to balance foalsitting 7 fillies still in diapers with growing up as royalty.

When Twilight is called back to Canterlot to see to certain serious Princess duties, her friends seriously miss her. However, Rainbow has conflicted feelings, due to something that she thinks happened the night before her departure. So, when Twilight summons her - and her alone - to Canterlot, with instructions not to tell her other friends, she doesn't know what to expect. Certainly not being sent on a mission of national security with the fate of two worlds at stake, which becomes the start of an adventure of a lifetime.

One thing's for sure. That's the last time she agrees to one of Applejack's drinking games.

This story is a sequel to Pound My Pumpkin

Part of the "Pound My Pumpkin" expanded universe.

Fluttershy was Discord's first friend in his entire life. When nopony else was willing to give him a chance, she was determined to find the good inside him, the good even he doubted was there, and she found it. She awoke him to goodness, and taught the embodiment of Chaos what it meant to live in Harmony. But such lessons don't happen in a single day. Some take a lifetime.

Over time, both began to realize it was more than that. Discord was always coming back to see Fluttershy, spending time with her more than anyone else. It was obvious that, before long, something special would brew.

But things aren't as simple as either might wish. One is Harmony, the Element of Kindness. The other is the Spirit of Chaos. Can they make what they have work? Or will the difference in their natures be too drastic?

She was given a past that haunted her. Her future was always uncertain, and the pain she carried with her would always haunt her.

But there was another path that could have been...a path that was in another world. This is how she set her hooves on that path.

I know this story won't be everyone's cup of tea. I worte it, and it's the kind of story I wouldn't normally touch with a ten foot pole. However, once it entered my head, I knew I had to write it.
