Today's my Mom's birthday. I want to make it special for her, but...she's been feeling kind of down. It seems to her like I'm the only one there for her, and it's not enough.

So...I guess I'm asking...please give her your well wishes on her special day? Please?

This is an idea that came to me that can, somewhat, be considered a spin off of any of my stories where the characters are full ponies and I establish that Derpy and the Doctor are in a relationship, or considered a stand alone. What do you all think?

One of the stories I follow and enjoy is called "Wake up, see this, what do?" It is a comment driven story where the comments on each chapter dictate - to a certain extent - what happens in the next.

Another story is called, if I remember correctly, "Author's Torment." In it, the author attempts to write a story about Pinkie while she kibbitzes. Hilarity ensues.

When I know what kind of a story I want to write, the ideas and plotline can take shape fairly easily in my head.
