I wasn't planning to revise the story or really do anything with it, but after reading through all the comments that you guys had posted, yes, all of them, I was inspired and totally astonished at just how much you guys enjoyed my writing. Following what appeared to be an unintentional year-long hiatus from the story, Wayward Wanderers has been revised and now features a brand-new chapter! Much of the exposition present throughout the first two chapters has been reduced to a minimum or eliminated entirely. In addition to this, the gore and dark tags have earned their right to stay as the rewritten chapters have a stronger emphasis on violence and its portrayal.

And I want to know as to why. Why wouldn't it be a good idea to let Equestria have a team of soldiers ready to save hostages, take care of situations that were normally out of bounds, or provide extra defence in case of an invasion? Of course, they wouldn't been badasses before Ghost started training them because that's like expecting the A-team or Master Chief to sign up for a bake sale.

For all of you who have read "Assimilation" of Restless Spirits, I apologize for that mess of text. I made a bone-headed move of publishing it due to me trying to stick to a schedule, something that is new to me. (This shouldn't surprise my older watchers)

I will (and probably have by the time most of you read this) unpublish that clusterf*** of a chapter and spend the net few days tweaking it and having it checked over before I publish it again.
