Well, would you look at that, it's already November 1st! You know what this means. Time to get up and start writing! As mentioned before on my previous blog post, instead of writing original fiction, I will attempt to get as many words written as possible on Flames, or any other pony fiction I decide to write. Just finished rewriting Flames Within These Feathers, and I believe it is now the third edition of the fic so far. While I liked the idea of a first person POV, I found it difficult to continue to write it well with my inexperience, so I'm bringing it over to third person. I've also touched up on some parts here and there, and also removed some unnecessary ones, which I hope will make it better.

Today's the last day of summer break for me. I start my junior year tomorrow, so I won't have as much time to spend on Fimfiction. I'll still be working on new fics (and old ones, like Flames Within These Feathers. Yes, I'm still rewriting that thing, cause I gotta make sure it's even better this time), just not as frequently as I'd like (dumb school).

It was a summer mostly made up of writing pretty much anything for me. And I have to say, it turned out pretty great.

Further progress on Flames Within These Feathers will be halted for a while, as I will rewrite it. This is because I struggled to continue writing in first person perspective, just because it's hard for me to write in. That, and I'm still a new writer, so I just don't have the experience to pull it off nicely. So, I will be rewriting it in third person, as well as trying to refurbish it a little.

Very sorry for the delay. For the most part, school took up most of my time, and the rest with me on summer vacation, was me trying to get things right. It took me a while, but, it's done. Again, being a new writer, I don't expect it to be excellent, but I hope to improve as this fic goes along.

Hey guys. I know I haven't update Flames Within These Feathers in a while, and I'm sorry for that. This has mainly been because of school, which is over after I finish my exams, in about two weeks. When I did have time to work on said updates, which was rarely, I ran into a few problems along the way, which I am currently fixing. Chapter 1 is still in progress, and should be done soon. Sorry to make you guys wait, I'll try to avoid being this late in the future.
