Because lemme just say you're gonna get a lot of a character who's quite a lot like her towards the end of The Happiness and Peace of Mind Committee. Listening to Nui's theme on repeat is super fitting while writing this character and it's not even funny how accurate it is.
So if you like childish/carefree type villains who are also ridiculously strong, you won't be disappointed with the climax!
