Hey Everyone who reads this, it's Shadow. I'm at a mental cross-road.
As i'm sure many have picked up, this story is insipred by the Immortal Games. IF you have not read it, please do. Not my work, but amazing!
Now, when i first became a brony, i wrote up a story idea that was...ok, but i'm not sure this site will approve of it, mostly cause it has a lot of Alicorn's popping in, but when i'm writing King, i feel like i'm stealing from The Immortal Game.

You assumed correctly. It's not entirely selfincert but the irony comes from the fact that I'm of Irish and Welsh decent. But I know enough of the UK to understand all the different cultures, after all, I was born there.
