So, I keep doing this to myself.

And honestly, it's a bad habit of highly motivated stubborn writers.

I had to leave for a long time, and I had made a plan and an assurance to pump out a fic before I left.

I had 5 days.

5 days later, I had rewritten the thing 3 times and done over 70 thousand words of edits and re-writes. I have had very little sleep since I also have to work, and do this on the sidelines.

And is it ready?

So, I rewatched the ep again.
Because I do stuff like that. You know, watch stuff twice.

It's crazy, I know.

But here's the thing. Since the start, since the leak, since I watched a crappy TV rip with the stupid HUB logo plastered over its face, I have had mixed feelings about the ep.
Certainly, there are those who have claimed that the episode is the 'best' this season, but then again, every episode seems to outshine its predecessor.

Part 3 of my attempts to draw things.

Here's another character idea I had for a series that never took off because I had no time. The idea for the story series was a sort of gang of ponies from Cloudsdale forming some kind of 'superhero' team to do the small things that the wonderbolts were too busy to take care of, in sort of an ensemble cast kind of way. The past two doodles I posted before also came from the same group.

Here's a quick sketch of another character from the new story project. Her name is Champagne Satellite, a rich kid who's just a little bit older than a kid but not really an adult. Designed with a 'silver spoon' and 'diamond tiara' deal going on, but isn't as stuck-up. Still a brat though, and will provide many interesting days of cuteness.

For a story series I'm planning, I'm getting ahead of myself as usual and doing some character designs, because OCs are fun. =3
