Set several years after canon, the world of Equestria has changed. What has changed the most, is the sky city of Cloudsdale. The massive, expanded Weather Factory has become the heart of nearly the whole world, conquering the weather over the Everfree Forest and even the Frozen North, rendering the elements and Crystal Heart obsolete. However, when unicorn Violet Dawn falls into her own experiment, she gains new abilities at the cost of finding out some bitter secrets behind the factory's success. Only she can unveil the villain behind this and stop plans of world domination.

Taking place a few months after Act I, The Mane 6 return to ponyville after defeating Nightmare Moon on Ninsoare, but upon arrival, the ponies start to go their separate ways. Sweetie Belle, Apple Bloom, and Scootaloo take it upon themselves to find a way to reunite them, but with school everyday and a play coming up soon, they decide to create the perfect pony to do the task while they are busy. Using Zecora's skill with the occult pony arts, they create a pegasus using DNA from Rainbow Dash, Solid Snake, and Fluttershy's late brother. This new pegasus, Rainchaser, is sent to help reunite the six mares. Not only is she plagued by memories held within her DNA, she learns of a larger scheme from the mane six that unnatural forces could possibly destroy Equestria!

P.S. Reading Part 1 is not necessary for reading this one, and If anypony has ideas on how I can improve this story or future stories, feel free to tell me to help me get better ^_^

Note: There is only one chapter involving humans, as there are humans in the previous act, but since it is only one chapter, i don't believe a human category is necessary :P if anypony disagrees, just tell me and I'll add the human category ^-^

Solid Snake has retired from missions and is having a nice Christmas, until a strange dream occurs and he appears in Equestria shortly after the dream. However, Metal Gear was stolen and was brought to this world. This machine threatens the little planet named Ninsoare and will eventually destroy Equestria as well. Will he be able to find out what is going on and shut down the machine before the universe is a frozen wasteland?

Rewrite description: Five years have passed since the events of Metal Gear Solid 4 and Solid Snake now lives a life of relaxation and retirement. However, ex-Colonel Roy Campbell has called Snake for a mission that may lead him to a strange land of colorful talking equines on the border of chaos. Can Snake bring harmony to Equestria or will he be stuck there forever?

Note 5/28/2013: Because this fic sucked badly (in my opinion), I shall rewrite it entirely. If you enjoyed this so far, do not fear as I will leave the original untouched and do the new things as separate chapters. My writing has improved since this fic, so it should be much better than it was. The two stories may differ in events as I rewrite it. Thx xP

When Fluttershy is being bullied at flight camp, Rainbow Dash defends her and finds her own cutie mark in the process. Fluttershy falls off of Cloudsdale to bump into a family member she hasn't seen in years. This member of the Fluttershy family is an espionage agent sent to investigate missing criminals at Cloudsdale Prison while Rainbow Dash learns of her families' secrets and her own fate. Written with inspiration from Rainbow Factory (obviously, it's not canon to it, just my own ideas of what could've led to it or a similar situation to it) and the Metal Gear Solid series (main character). The main character has nothing to do with my username as it's just a character btw. This is the first piece of fanfiction i've written, so it's grammar won't be the best lol xP
