I have decided to officially halt any progress on stories either published or not. As some of you may know, I haven't logged on here in two months, so this shouldn't come as a surprise. I stopped having as much fun. It stopped being so exciting. This is not anyone in particular's fault. Or anyone's fault at all, for that matter. This is a personal choice. Maybe someday I'll get that spark back... But for now, everything is officially on hold.

Congratulations to Timaeus, Vertorm, and the first place winner, elPossenreisser. While the only one out of those I've read is Timaeus', I'm sure they're all fantastic and I plan to read them in the future. Sadly, my story, Reading Days Gone Awry, did not place. While it is disappointing, it also means I am going to try doubly hard in the next contest, which has already been announced. I already have a solid idea for a plot, I just need to write it.

I've decided with writing my one-shot, Reading Days Gone Awry, and from reading and hearing about Spellbound Fireflies by bats, which was written a good deal ahead before being released, that I am going to write the next three chapters in full before releasing any more. I just turned off my laptop for the final time. I've had that computer since I was sick for a week and a half in November 2010. My life has changed so much since then. I was forced out of my comfort zone and changed for the better. I went away from home for more than a couple days. I even got a whole new group of friends that mean so much more to me than any groups in the past. While my old groups were jerks, these aren't. That computer brought me into the amazing world of fan fiction.

I knew this would probably happen eventually, but not so suddenly! I only uploaded it a little while ago! It'll probably be kicked off shortly, but still. Woo hoo for being featured for the first time, even if it is only for a small amount of time! And a dislike mysteriously disappeared...
