A series of deaths along the docks of Chibronco has the local police looking for an illegally smuggled animal running wild. However, when Coltchak investigates further into the peculiarities of the case, he comes upon a much more dangerous and ancient creature as the cause. A monster that no one seems able to resist. Will Coltchak be able to convince the authorities before he becomes a victim himself, or will the Chibronco news and police finally be rid of him?
