A story of a future generation, set in the Order-naries 'verse.
Reading the previous stories is not necessary.

Peace, Friendship, and Harmony reign supreme across Equestria and the wider world. An entire generation has grown up not knowing firsthand the terror of villains like Nightmare Moon, Tirek, and Grogar. Members of every species can travel, live, and thrive in any place they so desire, and what few problems that arise are easily dealt with by local leaders. In short, everything is perfect.
And Princess Twilight Sparkle, Alicorn of Friendship, the pony responsible for it all, is bored and depressed. Her moodiness affects her two personal students in magic, Bellatrix Lulamoon and Citrine, daughter of Rarity and Ashen Blaze, causing the two to bicker and fight instead of building a friendship.
In a desperate bid for direction, Twilight consults the long-silent Cutie Map, which sends her on a short walk to a big revelation:
Thanks to Twilight, Equestria can handle its own home-grown problems, but new threats of unknown origin approach the peaceful world. To aid the land through a new era of danger and growth, the spirit of Harmony magic itself is forging a new set of Elements, and it will be Twilight's job to find and prepare six new Bearers to take them up, define their virtues, and face the Intruders.

Little does any creature know just how soon the new Elements will be needed.

(Or: Ashen Blaze Snarks, Deadpans, and Genre Savvy's His Way Through Season 8)
It is said that those who can, do, and those who can't, teach.
Ashen Blaze thought he would always belong to the first group, that the day he couldn't step up and take action against evil, injustice, and chaos would be the last day of his life. In the aftermath of the battles to repel the Storm King's invasion of Equestria, however, Ash finds himself still very much alive but unable to safely use all but the simplest of Unicorn Magic due to a twice-broken horn. Fearing what may happen if he returns to Taryn and his original humanoid body before the damage is fully healed, Ash chooses to remain in Equestria but doesn't know what to do with himself.
Fortunately, it doesn't take long for a solution to Ash's quandary to present itself. The only question is, is a pony who has known nothing but violence all his life really qualified to teach at a school that focuses on Friendship?

When Rainbow Dash stumbled upon the hidden desert estate of Star Swirl the Bearded and his family while scouting for a new Wonderbolts training course, she thought it would just be a quick stop. Instead ,she found herself being recruited to fix a blackout and keep an eye on Star Swirl's precocious daughter, Nyx, while Star Swirl goes to some other world to fetch parts for a broken machine.
One mysterious earthquake later, Nyx has disappeared and what few clues can be found point to her being kidnapped and taken into one of the book worlds where Star Swirl's former apprentices, Cirrus and Archeon, had been sent to atone for the crime of destroying most of Star Swirl's research into alternate realities. With Spike at her side, Rainbow Dash must enter the prison worlds of Monolith and Ka'utani to search for Nyx, the apprentices, and the solutions to a whole new gauntlet of puzzles.

Warning: BIG Spoilers for the My Little Pony Movie!
The day of Princess Twilight's Friendship Festival has arrived, and the Order-naries were personally invited to attend. Unfortunately, due to poor time management, the four mercenary heroes and their werewolf friend Samantha are running very late, and mechanical issues with the last train to Canterlot aren't helping matters. When they finally arrive, they find not a party but a foreign power occupying the city, ponies in chains, and murmurs of captured Princesses and missing Element Bearers.
Unprepared and ill-equipped for another world-saving adventure, the Order-naries nevertheless set forth to figure out what's happened and whose flanks need to be kicked in order to set things right.

There's always some air of mystery and uncertainty when the magical map in Twilight's castle activates, but after a long period of dormancy it summons Twilight with a most perplexing image: two cutie marks as usual, but both are hers, and they alternately orbit over Ponyville and float over the edge of the map entirely. To find the answer to what the Map is asking of her, Twilight turns not just to her student, Starlight Glimmer but must also travel to the parallel dimension of Canterlot High to consult with her alternate self and Sunset Shimmer.
The combined brainpower of three magic savants and one scientist should be enough to puzzle out the Map's intentions, but none of them can guess where the path will lead them.

This story is a sequel to A Pony's Heart

Cabbage Patch is the Queen of the Changelings, as much as she hates to admit it. She thought her job would be simple: demonstrate how to live among ponies without stealing identities or love, step in to apply discipline every now and then, and then leave the Changelings to govern themselves or, failing that last point, turn Chrysalis into the kind of Queen the Changelings will accept back.

The problem is, for a race of shapeshifters, Changelings are agonizingly slow about learning new tricks. They’re also not quiet about their disdain for their old Queen. The fact that Equestria is still rife with Changeling paranoia and prejudice doesn’t help matters. Keeping the Changeling race, and the theater company that employs most of the hive, alive has become a full-time job for Cabbage, who wants nothing more than to have a low-maintenance life.

Even with Lorekeeper Turnip faithfully at her side and the political machinations of Princess Luna behind her, is Cabbage destined to set a new record for shortest Changeling Queen reign ever?

This story is a sequel to Order-naries: Redux

Cabbage Path does not truly belong anywhere. Too small, weak in transformation ability, and softhearted to contribute to the survival of the Changelings, she was cast out into the world of ponies, where she is considered a kidnapper, a parasite, and a monster.
Although the ponies of The Great Trixie's Royal Thespians defy the trend and accept Cabbage for all that she is, she remains hesitant to relax her guard. Her hard, painful past has taught her to hold fast to what little she has and draw as little attention to herself as possible. Any behavior remotely resembling a Changeling is to be avoided until no other choice remains. A life on the road, such as the Thespians provide, is ideal.
When the troupe finds themselves stranded in Ponyville without their wagon in the wake of Tremolo's Earth Elemental rampage, Cabbage struggles to maintain her low, shy profile when confronted with the ever-eager and curious Cutie Mark Crusaders, news that another Changeling had fled town after attack, and mounting pressure from many sides to put her talents on display.
