Pinkie Pie has officially become diagnosed with mania and she is given a prescription of Lithium to help calm her down. Rainbow Dash finds her boring and not as much fun as she used to be, so Rainbow Dash comes up with a prank to pull on Pinkie Pie. Little does she know about potential dangers of what she is about to do to her friend.

After a bad experience with a pony, Applejack becomes angry and hostile to all ponies with the same colored coat. Will she ever change her views? Can there be a certain pony that can touch her angered heart?

Princess Celestia feels that Ponyville is over populated with ponies and she has not been a good leader like she once was. She fears rebellion and being overthrown, so she seeks Princess Twilight Sparkle's help and together, they come up with the most evil and horrific plan. After they follow through with their plan, Twilight Sparkle needs to cover up the facts about what just happened and pretends to give help and aid to those who are suffering and dying, by presenting new medical practices that nopony had ever heard of before. It's up to Twilight Sparkle's friends to uncover the truth about what happened to Ponyville and to discover the horrors that lie behind these new medical treatments.

Rainbow Dash starts school and discovers her very first puppy love crush on a certain colt. Can she possibly win his heart and get him interested in her?

Apple Bloom and Big Macintosh have left Sweet Apple Acres and have moved on in life. Applejack is struggling with Granny Smith to keep the dream of keeping Sweet Apple Acres running. However, problems do arise and Applejack has to adapt and find a way to continue her dreams.

Fluttershy seeks help because Angel Bunny has been suddenly misbehaving. After doing everything she can for him, she ventures off to see Discord for help. Can Discord really help Fluttershy's ability to get Angel Bunny under control? More importantly, can he still be trusted with his magic?

It's Hearts and Hooves Day and Princess Celestia has sent a special challenge For Twilight Sparkle and her friends to find some pony special for each of them. However, Rainbow Dash is not interested and is too focused on training to become the next Wonderbolt, until she finds that some pony had left her a rose on her door step.

Twilight Sparkle and her friends are each given a gift certificate to a place that no pony seems to have heard of before. What will Twilight Sparkle and her friend's think of this strange gift? Will they be able to have fun and enjoy themselves at this place?
