In pursuit of chrysalis however, Twilight is surprised to uncover the truth of who the queen really is, and learns a little of the truth of politics in the process.

A personal twist on the season 6 finale, inspired by watching said finale, listening to my brother complain about it, and pondering how I would have structured the story differently. Less a "Fix" and more a "what would I do if I ran the zoo?"

Nightmare Night is almost here, and the Cutie mark Crusaders have made a horrifying discovery: a grown stallion with no cutie mark! The quest to help him takes top priority, but in the process, there's plenty of ways to help with the town's preparation for Nightmare Night!

Started as a Halloween story, but took quite some time to finish. Mostly became an excuse to exposit about worldbuilding headcanons. Please enjoy!

Twilight is stewing in discontentment, but an ominous letter with no clear sender offers the promise of something thrilling waiting for her at Reichenbuck falls. She knows it's too sketchy to go alone... but something risky might just be what the newly minted princess needs to feel in control of her life again.
What she finds when she arrives will test her patience and compassion. Trixie has always been a minor nuisance, and if it's just her and Twilight in the middle of nowhere, there's nopony she could hurt, is there?

Set sometime in the middle of season 5. Severe Twixie. Contains attempted suicide and self-image issues, but has a happy ending.
