Ok, first, For those of you who allready read chapter 7 of BEautiful scales, i reccommend you go back and re-read it. i added over a page and a half to it while also cleaning it up. Chapter 8 is also up and available. This one gave me fits, with tons of Writer's block and all kinds of distractions pulling me in five of directions at once, but it's done and I'm fairly happy with the result, all told.

Heya folks, if you were paying attention, you may have noticed i wasn't around much for over a month. had some personal complications that really dragged my attention away from poni for a while. rest assured, I'm back and getting back to work.

Someone else beats you to the punch.

You guys remember how i've been talking about having a 'idea' i wanted to do? It was something that, at the time i had it, nobody else, as far as i knew, had done before.

Now that I've been basically out of commission for over 2 months, someone else went and made something based on the same idea I had, with zero communication between us or me ever divulging the idea. So, no, it's no longer quite as 'original' as it was going to be.

So, i didn't post a chapter for a couple months there. Well, My best friend going into the military, and me getting a new job, and changes happening in my immediate family, all at once, kinda took the wind out of my sails. Thankfully, everything seems to have stabilized, so i'll be getting back to normal posting now.

Also, i might be getting that sideproject posted soon. here's hoping it goes over well.
